Most same-day requests are picked up within 5 minutes. If no vendor accepts in the configured window we expand the search radius automatically and, if still nothing, surface the request to a human dispatcher.

It's free to sign up and request a service. You only pay the vendor's quoted price plus a small platform convenience fee shown at checkout.

Every vendor must complete KYC: government ID, selfie verification and a utility bill. Vendors with a Premium badge have additionally passed a trade-license check.

Yes. Once a vendor accepts your job they can see your phone number so they can reach you about the visit, and you can see theirs. We do not mask numbers today.

Open a dispute from the job page. Our team reviews both sides and comes back to you, and we arrange any money that needs to move with you directly.

Card, mobile money, bank transfer, in-app wallet or cash on completion. Pick at checkout — no card needed if you pay cash.

You pay through the payment gateway when you are ready. The vendor's share is credited to their wallet once the gateway confirms the payment — we do not hold it back until you approve the job.

Refunds are arranged by our support team case by case. Open a dispute from the job page or email hello@jobconnectz.com, and we will tell you what we can do and how long it will take.

Sign up as a vendor, complete phone + email verification, upload your KYC documents, pick the categories you serve and toggle yourself online. You'll start receiving job offers right away.

Your wallet is credited once the customer's payment settles. To withdraw, request a payout from the wallet page — our team processes the transfer and confirms once it has been sent.

12% of the agreed amount by default. Admins can configure this per market. Cash jobs settle off-platform but commission is still owed and deducted from your next wallet credit.
