Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

When you request a service, the contract for the work is between you and the vendor. Jobconnectz facilitates discovery, communication and payment but is not a party to the underlying work.

Vendors must complete KYC verification, provide truthful information about their skills, and deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of Jobconnectz.

Customers may be charged a convenience fee or surcharge as displayed at checkout. Vendors agree to a platform commission deducted from completed jobs. Payment terms, refunds and disputes are processed through the platform.

You may cancel a request before work begins without penalty. Disputes must be raised through the in-app dispute flow within seven (7) days of completion.

You may not use Jobconnectz to harass other users, request illegal services, transact off-platform to avoid commission, or impersonate another person.

Jobconnectz is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the prior six months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that present a safety risk to the community.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
