Privacy Policy

• Identity: name, email, phone, password (hashed).
• Vendor KYC: government ID, selfie, utility bill, business documents.
• Location: pin and GPS for service requests; vendor location while online.
• Payments: methods, transactions, refunds — we never store full card numbers.
• Device: device tokens for push notifications.
• Activity: requests, messages, ratings, audit events.

• Match customers with verified vendors and process payments.
• Send job, payment and platform notifications.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and safety concerns.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We share only what is necessary: contact info between matched customer and vendor (with masked phone), payment details with our payment gateway, and aggregated metrics with no personal identifiers.

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions are revocable. Access is role-based and audited.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account. Email privacy@jobconnectz.com.

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for tax, audit and dispute resolution purposes. KYC documents are retained for the period required by law.

If we make material changes we will notify you in-app and by email.
